Depression Studies

1) LVM-MD-01 (F 2695 SR)-Major Depressive Disorder study
• Age 18-65
• Male or Female
• Diagnosis of Major Depressive Disorder (MDD)
&Tolerability study of fixed doses of F6295 SR compared to Placebo in patients currently having a major depressive episode within the last 8 weeks
• Participants will have a ¼ chance of receiving F2695 SR (40mg), ¼ chance F6295 SR (80mg), ¼ chance of F6295 SR (120mg), or ¼ chance of Placebo
• 11 week outpatient study with, 8 scheduled study visits
• Participants that complete the study will be eligible for the open-label extension of F2695SR for an additional 48 weeks.
• Compensation for each completed scheduled study visit
